General Modules

(Valued at 4 CE)

In order to discuss specific goals and lessons in the specialty tracks we all must begin by reviewing the basics. In this introductory path Dr Richard Wilson CRNA covers the barriers to adult learning. Through discussion of generational differences, emotional intelligence, and adult learning theories he is able to differentiate between didactic and clinical teaching methods. These lessons are helpful to all.

Clinical Preceptor Specialty Track

(Valued at 4 Class A CE)

Preceptors will enhance their ability to facilitate student learning, assess competencies, and navigate the complexities of the educational process, ultimately contributing to the development of competent and confident healthcare professionals.

Didactic Educator Specialty Track

(Valued at 7 Class A CE)

The didactic educator lessons will cover key topics such as establishing clear learning objectives, employing effective teaching strategies, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere including virtual learning coursework.
