Dana Lendvay – Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Wellness Expert

For over two decades, I have been deeply immersed in the health and wellness industry. This journey began with leading diverse physical fitness classes, fostering a passion for movement and well-being. This passion extended into the realm of dietary supplementation, where I gained valuable insight into the crucial role of nutrition in achieving optimal health. As a fitness center operations manager, I honed my understanding of holistic fitness and the intricacies of creating supportive wellness environments. Driven by a desire to provide more direct and personalized care, I pursued licensure as a Massage Therapist in 2020. This transition marked a significant step in my professional evolution, allowing me to utilize hands-on techniques to promote healing and relaxation. Currently, I am further elevating my knowledge and skill set as a Student Practitioner of Ayurveda and Yoga. I have also completed my Level I training and have become certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, pathologies of the limbs. This commitment to ongoing education reflects a dedication to integrating ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices, empowering individuals to achieve comprehensive health and vitality Mind-Body-Spirit. After raising four sons as a stay-at-home parent for 12 of those years, I have reached a point in life where personal passions are converging into a powerful service for others. A lifelong love for food, gardening, foraging, and culinary creativity is now being channeled into a deep understanding of how tailored diet and lifestyle choices can support individual client needs. I am captivated by the potential of holistic, preventative health, and find immense reward and purpose in sharing this knowledge to empower others and cultivate a profound sense of gratitude.

Delaney Sullivan MS, PhD (c), Clinical Mental Health Counselor

I am honored to be a part of this women’s wellness retreat! Having been on both sides of the therapeutic relationship, I know first hand how important self-care and burnout prevention are in our lives. We are strong, professional women with a lot of responsibilities; we owe it to ourselves to be selfish (in a good way) and put ourselves first sometimes. I hope this retreat is full of relaxation, education, laughter, and adventure. See you in Arizona!

Rebecca Sullivan DNAP, CRNA

As a practicing CRNA, mom, wife, and business owner, I’ve realized that self-care is something I really need to prioritize! Let’s be honest, ladies – we often help everyone else in our lives and forget about ourselves. That’s why I have created this event – to connect with other professional women to focus on our own well-being.

I am hoping to foster some new friendships, reinforce old ones and walk away from the event refreshed and better educated on self-care. Most of all, I want to give myself permission to be selfish and take care of me for once!

We can’t wait to meet all of you and work together toward becoming the best version of ourselves!
